   We want you. Becoming a committee leader grants you many benefits, and we have helped people with little or no leadership experience become capable individuals.

   We have built a great reputation because we work with people who have integrity, dedication, character counts with us.

• Find people who enjoy the same game to socialize super fun time, and compete
• Earn 10% of the cash pot in the tournament bracket you help run
• Discounted entry into the event

• Have access to equipment, T.V.s, games, digital cameras for X-topia interest 

In addition to the direct benefits you get as a committee lead, X-topia and the N.V.G.A. also provide additional support such as:
 

• Advertising for your game event on the web
• City wide flyer distribution
• E-mails of event newsletter to all past attendees with e-mail
• Training being a committee lead, event brackets, and event orchestration
• Bracket sheets, sign-up sheets, all administration tools
• Venue use and much and much more!

Why is the committees lead so important? Because without you our events are not at the high level of professionalism and fun all attendees expect. With this in mind as a committee lead some of the responsibilities may or may not include:
 

• Help with event set-up and event take down
• Providing one T.V. console and copy of the game you support
• Help with Flyer distribution or the general promotion of your favorite game
• If you have a special talent, skill, or trade that you feel would be useful to X-topia please let us know
